GOBI Technologies has announced the appointment of Ravindra (Ravi) Rao as the new Director of Life Sciences – Asia Pacific (APAC). With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and cold chain logistics sectors, Rao brings a deep understanding of customer environments, strategic operations, and temperature-sensitive delivery models.
His impressive career includes leadership roles at CSafe Global, where he served as Director of Life Sciences for – India; Cytiva (formerly GE Life Sciences), as General Manager for South Asia; Shimadzu Corporation and Bio-Rad Laboratories India, in various leadership positions.
In his new role at GOBI, Rao will focus on supporting new and existing customers across the APAC region, driving strategic engagement, and providing tailored solutions to meet the evolving demands of pharmaceutical logistics and cold chain management.
